• Players of all skill levels, beginner to advanced are all welcome, our teams are designed to have players of all different skills on each.

Registration Types: Register as an Individual or register to play with friends (see details below)

Playing with Friends

• You can register as an individual or with friends
• Our leagues encourage players to join with friends and create groups!
• You can register to play on the same team as friends in small, medium or large groups.

However,  if a group is deemed to strong based on the skill of others in their age category, the league will do what it deems best to try and make the league as balanced as possible. Here are some scenarios and options for larger skilled groups.

1. The age category appears to be similiar in skill set. Players from this large/skilled group can all play together.
2. Players of this large skilled group are too strong for the age category. Players of this group would be offered to stay together and move up an age category.
3. Players of this large skilled group are too strong for the age category. Players of this group, would be offered to stay within the division and split into mini groups together.

Note: The league reserves the right to make adjustments in season for the purpose of balancing teams, which may include, but not limited to trading players amongst teams within the division, to create more parity within the division

1.  Individual Players: Players that did not list a group rep during registration  can be moved to different teams within division"
2. Smaller groups that requested to play togther during registration process. All efforts wil be made to move them together to another team
3.  Larger groups - all efforts to keep them together will be made to keep them together.
                                           - Larger more skilled groups, may be asked to divide in to two smaller groups.

The league takes into consideration "group registration" when moving players. The players that requested to play together at time of group registration.
It does not consider the new teammates, as part of your group.

Season Length: Late September to December 20, 2026
12 Sessions = 1 Practice + 11 games: Regular Season and Playoffs

2026 Fall (and winter) Age Categories & Days of Week 

Costs: Jersey Fee ($30) and GST are added to cost during online registration process.

EQUIPMENT
Ball Hockey requires very minimal equipment. All that is required is running shoes, gloves and a helmet. However, all CBHA (Canadian Ball Hockey Association) leagues use a certified low bounce orange. The ball is a hard and at the elite levels, can reach speeds at over 100 km/hour.

Mandatory Equipment Requirements
CSA approved helmets (facemasks under 18) 
CSA or ZEBRA Ball Hockey gloves
Hockey stick (no plastic blades) and running shoes. 
Shin pads - ice hockey (must be covered), soccer or ball hockey shin pads

Recommended Equipment Requirements (optional)
Protective cup

Goaltenders
CBHA approved D-Gel balls are low bounce and hard. Therefore, goaltenders must use CSA approved ice hockey gear; no street hockey equipment can be used (except in Initiation & Novice youth leagues or unless otherwise approved by the league).

All Goaltenders in U11 (and older) must have their own goal equipmment. In U9, goal equipment (pads, blocker, glove, chest pad) will be provided to teams if they are needed. In circumstances where a team may not have a regular goalie, the league will provide some. 

Required (U11 and older):
- Protective cup
- CSA approved goal pads
- Chest and arm pads
- Helmet with cage
- CSA approved blocker and trapper
- Protective hockey pants​​​​​​​

Combined Age Category
In the event that we do not have enough players to make 2 divisions in an age category, which is common,  players of all skill types will be placed on teams within the same division. When doing so, we try and build teams that have players of similar skills and experience levels on each team, while keeping groups of players that have requested to play together.

I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER WITH A FRIEND OR GROUP OF FRIENDS

YOU MUST READ THIS IN ORDER TO REGISTER PROPERLY AND PLAY WITH FRIENDS

Prior to registering choose one person as the group rep, you will use that person's full name during your registration process.

During the online registration process, there is a "Group Representative" box.  

Everyone in your group, including the group representative, must put that players full name in the "Group Representative" box. This is the only way we can identify players that are wanting to play together. 

Example: Sidney Crosby, Connor McDavid and Connor Bedard all want to play together

• They choose Connor McDavid as the "Group Representative"
• They all register individually. 
• During the online registration process they all put Connor McDavid in the "group representative box"

Note: Connor McDavid (the chosen group rep) will also put "Connor McDavid" is the group represetative box during his registration process.
